“Cast your shadow
on your vineyard
everyday.”

~ Marshall Stuart

An Ohio farm boy who moved earth for a living, then learned what the earth gives back. Thirty-nine harvests of organic, biodynamic farming, fruit chosen row by row from Temecula to Northern California, and a hat that still shows up before the sun does.

BIOGANICS

Farmed organically and biodynamically, on his own micro/macro cocktail of fifteen soil amendments and organics for pest control — bioganics, the name he gave it. Vines planted north to south in the French tradition for canopy shade, thinned rigorously, and picked at speed so the fruit reaches the press before it can oxidise.

FOUNDED STUART CELLARS

Forty acres at 1,425 feet: 36 in estate vines with another 112 leased, held deliberately under 30,000 cases to keep it boutique. The 2005 Long Valley Red took Best Red Wine of Temecula from the Temecula Valley Wine Society.

Lorimar, from 2010

NINETY-PLUS SCORES

As vineyard manager and winemaker he made some of the most lauded wines to come out of the valley, with multiple 90-plus scores from Wine Enthusiast — then launched Marshall Stuart Fine Wines in 2015.

The Wine Club

THREE BOTTLES,
SIX BOTTLES,
OR THE BARN CLUB

Quarterly releases in January, April, July and October — all red, or a mix of red and white. Your card is charged when each release ships, at your member price plus tax and shipping (or pick up in the room); nothing is charged the day you join. A three-bottle release typically comes to $82–$138, six bottles to $154–$259, before tax and shipping. Every membership carries a standing discount on wine, two to six complimentary tastings a month depending on tier, and 25% off cases. The Barn Club runs monthly instead: $30 a month from the day you join, no commitment.

Quarterly memberships run for a minimum of four releases; leaving before your fourth release carries a $75 early termination fee. The Barn Club is month-to-month and cancels any time. Release estimates are based on today's bottle prices. Off The Vine Into Wine, LLC AKA Marshall Stuart Wines.

The Tasting Room

VAIL HEADQUARTERS, TEMECULA

Marshall and Shannon opened the room inside the historic Vail Headquarters in 2024. Flights, wine slushies on the patio, live music three days a week, and most days somebody behind the bar who helped pick the fruit.
