Marshall Stuart Fine Wines and the storefront that processes your order collect the information needed to sell wine legally and fulfill what you buy.

What we collect

Name, email, date of birth, shipping address, and payment details entered at checkout or enrollment. Date of birth is used to confirm you are 21 or older. Payment details are handled by the payment processor; the storefront stores a reference so memberships can bill later shipments.

How it is used

To complete orders, run a wine club you joined, prevent fraud, and meet alcohol-shipping rules. Checkout contact details are not treated as permission to send marketing. You can ask Marshall Stuart Fine Wines to update or delete account information that is not required to keep a completed order or active membership.

Cookies and analytics

The storefront uses cookies to keep your cart, remember the winery you are shopping, and (when the winery has connected Google Analytics) measure visits, product views, and completed orders. Analytics data is sent to Google on behalf of Marshall Stuart Fine Wines. You can use browser controls to block analytics cookies; checkout still works without them.
