Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create an account, place an order, or join a wine club with Marshall Stuart Fine Wines. You must be 21 or older to purchase wine.

Orders and payment

Bottle orders are charged when you confirm checkout. Tax and shipping are calculated from the delivery address before you pay. An adult signature is required on delivery.

Wine club memberships

A wine club is a recurring membership. Before you enter payment details you will see the plan's bottle count, shipment frequency, price or pricing method, shipping treatment, and how to skip, change, or cancel. Club terms for the plan you select are also shown on the enrollment page and in your account.

Accounts

Your account is a customer account with Marshall Stuart Fine Wines. It is used to manage orders, shipments, and membership — not a winery-operator workspace.
